【LoiLo Web Filter】 How to Allow Students to Create Projects on Scratch but Block Unapproved Projects
Setting Up LoiLo Web Filter
Log in to the Admin Console with a school admin account to configure the LoiLo Web Filter's "Individual URL Settings". URL Configuration for Scratch
Set the following URLs in the Individual URL settings:

All access allowed scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor
Students access blocked scratch.mit.edu/projects

Important Note
Implementing this setting will prevent students from viewing their own projects when logged into Scratch.
The URL for a student's project changes upon login, for example: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/XXXXXXX/editor.
